When starting development of this model, I was focused on one idea: Harmonizing the best materials for the shoe trio: outsole, midsole, and upper.

I believe in giving athletes a premium option for a mid-cushion trainer to offer variability, and I wanted it to be packed with modern materials despite its deviation from the current market trend of max stack.

Overall, I have enjoyed the process of taking the previous framework of our Daily Trainer line and elevating the componentry with significant upgrades: GripCast, C.U.S.H., and AstroKnit.

Many athletes agree that the Daily Trainer fits "true to size", but if you are in between sizes in various brands, we recommend opting for the larger of the two. Feel free to email us with your questions prior to ordering: this is especially true for international purchases due to our international "final sale" policy.

We intend for this shoe to meet the highest standards of your routine.

Our new GripCast outsole is extremely durable - personal testing was remarkable. Nevertheless, estimated mileage is contingent upon training intensity and running terrain.

Atreyu is a small company and we do not have the resources to guarantee a specific mileage threshold before adequate user testing.

Since this is a new midsole and outsole compound, let us know how many miles you log in your next pair and we will add it to our data for any customer inquiries via our support email channel!

Team Colorway ships with an additional set of white laces for styling. The yellow laces come pre-installed on the shoe.

AstroKnit - Advanced Structural Thread with Reinforced Orientation - is a engineered mesh composed of high tenacity and elastomeric fibers. The Atreyu design ethos is functional simplicity.
