Frequently Asked Questions...

The Base Model is designed as the embodiment of our guiding principle: Honor Simplicity. It features a sock-like upper, a minimal overlay for added support, a soft yet resilient sock liner, and a lightweight midsole that can go the distance.

Use in your rotation: 1-10 mile runs, fine-tuning your running form, track intervals, cross training

Experience level: Intermediate, advanced, elite

Estimated mileage: 150+ miles contingent upon running form, running surfaces, and training plan (usage).

The Base Model was designed to increase proprioception (perception or awareness of the position and movement of the body). Removing the outsole is a critical component of this shoe's design to achieve this goal.

Thus, we recommend using this shoe in your rotation every second day to prolong the lifespan while resetting your stride.
