Daily Trainer: Similar to the Base Model, many Athletes agree this model fits "true to size"

Race Model: These run a bit tight. We recommend going up 1/2 size from your go-to running shoe size (including the Daily Trainer and Base Model).

Safely wash your dirty running shoes using these 6 easy steps: 

1. Remove the shoelaces

2. Remove the sock liner (not a requirement)

3. Place the shoes + laces in the washing machine (OR hand wash in the sink)

4. Add a very small amount of laundry detergent. If hand washing, use very small amount of soap on sponge.

5. Wash using cold water

6. Air dry away from direct sunlight  

If making a return request for a refund before November 1, 2025, please do the following: 

  1. Sign in to your customer account HERE
  2. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address. The code will expire within 15 minutes.
  3. Locate the order associated with the return/exchange. 
  4. Click the “Request Return” button (only available if the item qualifies for return). 
  5. Choose the items you wish to return. 
  6. Select the appropriate "Reason for Return" from the dropdown menu provided. 
  7. if you wish to make an exchange (instead of a refund) please request the desired model/size/colorway within the NOTES section of the returns process. We will inform you via email if your item is not available.
  8. Initiate the process by pressing the "Request Return" button. 

All return requests are reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. Upon acceptance of your return or exchange, you will receive a prepaid return label containing shipping instructions delivered to your email associated with the original order. Once we receive the shoes, your refund or exchange will be processed. 

Please note: 

  • Returns must be requested before Nov 1, 2025. 
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the approval or a refund will not be processed.
  • The cost of original order outbound shipping will not be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns for shoes shipped to APO and FPO addresses. All sales are considered final. 
  • We kindly request that you make an effort to clean and sanitize your shoes before sending them back. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Our shipping carriers (USPS & UPS) work independently from Atreyu Running Company, therefore we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

That being said, if your package goes missing, we recommend these steps: 

1. Hang tight. It is possible that your package was pre-scanned by the carrier prior to delivery. We suggest waiting an additional 1-2 business days for the package to arrive before filing a claim. 

2. Personally file a claim with the carrier in question - USPS or UPS. 

3. Reach out to our athlete experience team at support@atreyurunning.com. They are available to help you throughout the process.

Atreyu ships within the USA - As of Oct 1, 2025, Atreyu no longer offers international shipping.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot retroactively update the shipping address. We can, however, offer you an exchange or return once your package has been returned-to-sender.

Please remember to verify your shipping information prior to clicking "Authorize purchase" at checkout.
