Safely wash your dirty running shoes using these 6 easy steps:
1. Remove the shoelaces
2. Remove the sock liner (not a requirement)
3. Place the shoes + laces in the washing machine (OR hand wash in the sink)
4. Add a very small amount of laundry detergent. If hand washing, use very small amount of soap on sponge.
5. Wash using cold water
6. Air dry away from direct sunlight

With the goal of simplifying the process, we offer exclusive return services to customers within the United States. Please feel free to return any products, whether worn or unworn, within a 30-day period after purchase, no questions asked.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign in to your customer account HERE
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address. The code will expire within 15 minutes.
- Locate the order associated with the return.
- Click the “Request Return” button.
- Choose the items you wish to return.
- Select the appropriate "Reason for Return" from the dropdown menu provided.
- Initiate the return process by pressing the "Request Return" button.
Once submitted, sit back, relax, and await the review of your return request by one of our dedicated Athlete Experience associates. Rest assured that all return requests are thoroughly reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive a prepaid return label containing shipping instructions. This information will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Once we receive the shoes, your refund will be processed.
Please note:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the approval or a refund will not be processed.
- Domestic outbound shipping costs will not be refunded, but we do offer a free return label.
- All international sales are considered final.
- We do not accept returns for shoes shipped to APO and FPO addresses. All sales are considered final.
- We do not accept returns for Gear or Outlet products. All sales are considered final.
- While we do not require products to be returned in pristine condition, we kindly request that you make an effort to clean and sanitize your shoes before sending them back. As a scrappy, eco-conscious startup with limited backstock, we strive to maximize the value of each and every pair returned. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Our shipping carriers (USPS & UPS) work independently from Atreyu Running Company, therefore we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
That being said, if your package goes missing, we recommend these steps:
1. Hang tight. It is possible that your package was pre-scanned by the carrier prior to delivery. We suggest waiting an additional 1-2 business days for the package to arrive before filing a claim.
2. Personally file a claim with the carrier in question - USPS or UPS.
3. Reach out to our athlete experience team at support@atreyurunning.com. They are available to help you throughout the process.

Due to limited space and resources, we no longer be accept outreach returns. However, we believe that recycling is important and encourage our athletes to continue donating their old shoes.

Domestic USA Athletes
We offer multiple shipping carrier options, but we do not control the carrier rates for paid services. Please choose a service level that works for your timelines.
Although we can't guarantee this timeline, we always try to ship the next business day except for holiday anomalies or sales days when our team requires extra time to package all the shipments.
All shipping + tracking notifications will be sent to your email address on file.
A note to International Athletes:
If you observe high prices for shipping fees and import fees at checkout, please understand that we do NOT have control over the import fee amounts required for you to pay. Those are set by the territory or the governing body where you live. Because of the high demand of international athletes requesting products, we allow shipping, but we make sure that you understand the costs associated with your purchase.

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
Once a package has been dropped off at a carrier location, Atreyu is no longer responsible for delayed or lost shipments.
Processing + shipping estimates may change due to US national holidays, weather conditions or other disruptions that are out of our control.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot retroactively update the shipping address. We can, however, offer you an exchange or return once your package has been returned-to-sender.
